How do I return an item?

When a return is permitted, the original sales receipt or other documentation acceptable to Primrose Hill Press, Inc. must accompany the return, and the other conditions of returns below must be complied with.

You are responsible for shipping costs unless (1) you comply with the provisions below, and (2) the product is being returned because it was defective or a product that you did not order.

If an item is received defective or is incorrectly shipped by us, you must contact Customer Support immediately at [email protected], but no later than 7 calendar days after receipt. Items that are defective or that you did not order will qualify for store credit or a cash refund at your option. Refunds related to a defective item or item mistakenly shipped to you are contingent upon inspection once the item is returned to us. In the event that we are responsible for shipping costs, the method and cost of shipping must be agreed in advance.

With respect to other returns, please contact us at [email protected]. In our sole discretion, we may accept returns for exchange or refund within 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. However, should we agree to such a return, the item must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". By "new, unaltered and unused," is meant a product that shows no signs of wear or damage in any way.

In our sole discretion, we may require a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged or incorrectly shipped. Again you MUST contact us within 7 calendar days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 calendar days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
